Electing the nation of Iran to the UN Commission on the Status of Women is rather like electing a KKK Grand Wizard to commission that is concerned with uprooting antisemitism or racism throughout the world. Why Decent People Can Despise President Barack Obama

Who is more evil? Is it the person who brandishes a dangerous weapon at the outset? Or, is it the person who gives you every reason to believe that you can count on her or him to help you, but who then turns around and entirely subordinates you to her or his will? The answer is obvious. It is not racism at all to hold that the second is, by far, a much better characterization of Obama than the first. It is this poignant reality that many very decent citizens of the United States have justifiably felt regarding the man who is now President of the United States: Barack Obama.

Why Pedophilia in the Catholic Church?—When Bishops & Cardinals Speak

The move into sexual maturity for males is entirely pleasurable, essentially involving erections and ejaculations; whereas the move into sexual maturity for females is way more complicated as the menstrual cycle makes abundantly clear. What is more, expressions of tenderness between women (generally shorn of sexual desire) have always been far more commonplace than expressions of tenderness between men (generally shorn of sexual desire). When we take into account all the subtle differences between women and men, a young man who commits himself to vows of celibacy might be more susceptible to self-deception than a young woman herself to celibacy. And therein might be the root of the explanation for why pedophilia plagues the Catholic Church and, moreover, there is such an extensive cover-up of this horrendous immoral behavior.
