In a world in which adults cannot be counted upon to do what is in their very own best interest, why isn’t licensing parents a most appropriate course of action to take in order to protect the most innocent of all, namely children? In other words: How can it be that adults who are not worthy of freedom are entitled to bring innocent children into the world?
